He has no luck Steve Rapira. Very sad for him. Never seems to catch a break, except for limbs  that is.

Mannering's calf injury could keep him out for three weeks. Interesting time coming up for non-Mannering fans. Chances against comp leaders Melb not so flash.

I don't rate Mannering as a captain. But as a player he is fantastic HOWEVER! this season his form has been terrible as both a player and captain.

That hasn't gone unnoticed NU, and not without good reason. Few will miss Mannering's ability to lose the ball in the tackle, but whoever takes over his 2nd row position will have to work hard to match Mannering's tackle count.

Tui and Ropo are expected to make the 17 for the Storm game next round...oh yay, the quality continues.

Ropo....geez if i was in charge of the Warriors Ropo would have been cut about 7 years ago. Horrible reads in defense throughout his career. One of the funniest things i have ever read was that when Ropo was injured the club asked him to work with Horrell on his defense. I just about swallowed my tongue i laughed so hard when i read that.

Who could forget. The computer here was voluntarily disconnected for days afterwards in case the next post resulted in an Internet life ban.

It's a constant source of astonishment Mt Smart hasn't once been buried under rejected season tickets waiting only for some kind passer-by to strike a match.

Thankfully you can usually find one of the other fifteen teams in a worse state...for that week....and then you resolve to struggle on, but this relief strategy is bound to run out one day.

Like your spelling of "Horrell", might stick to that.

What's the story with Mateo and I thought Locke was playing in this weekends warm up against the Gold Coast.
