League Apps

Postby Beery Goodness » Thu Apr 11, 2013 6:31 pm

I'll admit it, I'm an unashamed iPhone/iPad fan. There are some really good iDevice apps devoted to League out there. The latest is from Fox Sports for iPad only, it's an absolute ripper and it's FREE. If you have a Foxtel IQ and the appropriate subscription, you can watch all games played this season at any time you want.

A couple of others that are good, League Live, NRL Dream Team, NRL Live 2013 :)

That sounds pretty cool. I just bought the wife an Ipad for her Birthday.

Beery thanks for the heads up on that foxtel app. Just downloaded, it's brilliant.

Chews your plan, if it has any fault, that is it. I've had a bit more of a look at it, even without the replay feature, it's pretty damn good :thumb:

And I'm using it at work, so it's chewing up the boss's downloads, ;)

FOX Sports have a good sports app.

NRL Live is great too (but only for iPhone atm I believe)

May have to check out the FOXTEL app...do have to register? Can you remote record programmes from your idevice??

If you have the Foxtel Guide, you can record (iPad and iPhone) Foxtel Go allows you to watch Foxtel live, and Foxtel NRL allows you to watch replays of NRL games, all of them are great. Thing is you're limited to 2 devices per Foxtel account. A quick search of iTunes will give more details. I'm loving the Foxtel NRL app at the moment, watched a couple of games I missed at work today :D
