Gaters were ordinary, we wer more ordinary, ref was appalling. Around 40 penalties. Lost this week, there's always next week

I reckon any ref that blows more than 20 penalties in a game should be stood down the next week.

Scrappy win for the Stags over Arana, 30-14. But a win is a win. Expecting a really tough game against Normanby next week. Can't wait!

Good to be here H. Hopefully plenty more will head this way. By the way, how do you quote like you did to my post.

For the Stags, Calum Flynn continued his great start to the year with a 3 try MOTM performance. Patty Gardiner and Brent Hadaway also rated very highly. But like I said, pretty scrappy game. Dont think we completed many sets, failed to find touch twice off penalties, we even lost a scrum on our feed! We will have to improve to beat the Hounds.

Minesy reffed today. Got to wonder why the bother giving him touchies......

Put your mouse pointer over the post you want to quote. In the top right of the post you want to quote you'll see the quote button.

You move your cursor over to the top right of the box the post you want to quote is in. You can't see it until the cursor is there. It's invisible otherwise. That is also how you can edit your post.Try it and let me know. Good to hear that Brent went well,he's a former teammate of one of my sons.

Ok, I'm on the iPad so I guess I won't be able to quote for now.

Brent goes well every week, nearly always 70 minutes. So reliable, we are glad to have him.
